Steve Hoffman
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
A 40-year consultant, business leader, and visionary in the electric power industry, Steve previously founded three successful communication and consulting firms. He brings 15 years of consulting and collaboration experience in cross-industry, grid, and community resilience. Building on two engineering degrees from Stanford, Steve is a widely recognized energy industry thought leader, authoring over 500 industry documents.

Gina Jones
Chief Strategy Officer, Co-Founder
Gina is an experienced public health and social services leader. She brings her unique community-based perspective to Informed Resilience. After receiving her Masters in Public Health, she has assumed diverse roles working with the State of California, counties, and communities for 25 years. She sees Informed Resilience as an opportunity to further empower the health and well-being of individuals and communities.

Dr. Stephen B. Baruch
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Commercial Officer
Stephen is an industry-leading operational resilience consultant, with over 30 years of public and private sector experience in the field of disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and training. He holds six licenses and certifications in this field, as well as three advanced degrees in public administration and the environment. Stephen has helped universities, counties, private companies, and utilities strengthen their resilience.

Keith Mosher
Director of Software Engineering
Keith is an accomplished engineer, manager, consultant, architect, and director in the field of software engineering. Working with technology leaders in both New York and Silicon Valley, Keith built on his MS in engineering from Stanford. He brings to Informed Resilience experience in the latest software, AI, cybersecurity, collaboration, and documentation techniques. Keith is responsible for all frontend and backend software engineering at Informed Resilience.

Daniel Galán
Senior Interaction Designer
Daniel is a senior interaction and user interface/user experience (UI/UX) designer specializing in complex system design. He effectively merges the worlds of functional requirements and elegant, easy-to-use interface solutions. With ten years of experience in this field and a BS in interaction design, he adds the human-centered design side to Informed Resilience by advocating for defined user personae, anticipating user needs, and incorporating user feedback.

Monica Baltz
Administrator
Monica brings more than two decades of experience in project management and small business administration. At Informed Resilience, she coordinates financial administration and logistics, as well as assigns members of her team to various design, marketing communication, and other administrative tasks. The smooth operation of Informed Resilience is due in no small measure to her experienced coordination.
